Do You Know What Your Customers Want?

What do customers want
Do you know what your customers want? This is a very simple question, yet many business & website owners surprisingly don't know the real answer. Typically they THINK they know what their customers want... but they actually don't know for sure.

So how do you quickly get accurate insights to what your customer wants? It is surprisingly simple... you ask them.

The simplest way to ask them is when they are actually on your website. You can ask them a variety of questions via a small micro-survey that slides in to gather the information that you need so that you can improve your business. It is unobtrusive and you don't have to take them away from the page they are visiting.

These micro surveys can be as simple as 1 question or as complex as you like (simpler is better). You could ask them about satisfaction, ease of use, pricing, why they are there, intent, etc., virtually any question that you need insights into what they are thinking.

Not asking them specifically means that you are making assumptions and are driving blind. Getting the pulse of your website visitors can help you make better informed decisions and improve your business. You can try out our customer insights widget here at
